Job Center of Wisconsin VIRTUAL WORKSHOP
The Multi-generational Workplace
There are now six generations in the workplace, and each one has its special strengths and certain stereotypes. Starting with a discussion of historical events that helped form the perspectives and attitudes of each generation, we'll look at general characteristics – and focus on those characteristics in the workplace. The big take-away from this workshop is this: if you understand more about WHY that person thinks THAT WAY, you can reduce workplace conflicts based on misunderstandings, and be ready to learn from those youngsters and oldsters!
