Job Center of Wisconsin VIRTUAL WORKSHOP
Soft Skills
Soft skills are the behaviors of good employees, the courtesies that you were taught at school or by your family, and the key to success in any job – especially when you are the new person! The soft skills that are most valued by employers often reflect the company's mission statement and the industry. They are different from "hard" or technical skills, because employers do not expect to train you. Join us and list the soft skills you should be marketing on your cover letter, resume, and at the interview!
