Researching A Company (JCW Virtual Workshop)

Job Center of Wisconsin VIRTUAL WORKSHOP

Researching A Company

Before you apply for a job opening can make the difference for successful job seekers. The benefit of doing company research is to learn how to tailor your Professional Summary, the "easter egg" in your cover letter, and the answers you give in the interviews so your application has the key words, values, or work philosophy that the company is looking for. Job search success comes from convincing the company that you are the almost-perfect solution to their missing-talent problems! We will talk about "Why?" and provide a collection of resources.

Time: 10 AM – 11:30 AM
