Applicant Tracking System
Have you ever wondered what happens to your resume when submitting it online? Many companies use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the large volume of applicants applying to company. This workshop will give you more information about Applicant Tracking Systems, why an employer may use one, what systems are out there, and how to recognize your applying within one. There will be discussion on how to tailor resume to get past the ATS and on to the next stage of the hiring process.

Workshops are presented ONLINE through a webinar. Attendees will participate via internet access, and the ability to stream video and audio through your computer and/or phone is required to participate. No confirmation email will be sent to you. You will receive the link to the Virtual Workshop on the day of the scheduled presentation.

A follow up email containing the slides from the workshop/s that you attended and survey link will be available within 3 business days of the completion of the workshop/s that you attended.
