How do I add my resume to the Resume Network?
1.) Fill out the on-line application. [you must have an e-mail address to complete]
2.) Attach an up-loadable version of your resume at the designated space in the application.
3.) Submit you application

Can I submit more than one resume?
Yes. For each resume you would like posted you will need to fill out a new on-line application.

How does an Employer go about accessing my resume?
Employers will go to wfdc.org; click on Resume Network in the far right column of links and follow the prompts. The Resumes will be assigned a number as their identifier. To request a resume, the employers will either call or e-mail the Business Service Unit and request your resume by its’ assigned number.

How is it determined whether the requested resume(s) will be forwarded to the company requesting them?
A member of the Business Service Unit will screen employers when they call with a predetermined set of questions. An employer must be eligible to post on JobNet as well as be offering a direct-hire position with guaranteed wage. Also assessed will be the location of the company and whether the travel time will come close to or meet the Job Seeker’s qualification.
** Resumes will not be sent to “current employers” listed on your resume

How will I know when my resume has been sent to a prospective employer?
Once your resume has been sent to an employer, an e-mail will be sent notifying you which company may be calling.

How long will my resume be listed on the Resume Network?
Initially, your resume will be posted for 60 days. After 30 days, you will automatically be sent an electronic notice asking you to contact, via e-mail, the Resume Network administrator if you would like your resume to be posted for another 60 day cycle. If you do not respond by the set date, your resume will fall off of the active Network.

What if I accept a job and become employed before my resume is to come off the Resume Network?
At any point, you are free to contact the Resume Network administrator via e-mail to request that your resume be removed. Please give one full business day for your request to be received and your resume removed.
